Eric Berlin's new book for young people, "The Puzzling World of Winston Breen," goes on sale today at fine bookstores everywhere: for example, Cody's in Berkeley or Powell's (formerly in Portland) if you'd be interested in supporting a book vendor other than AmazonRightOutOfBusiness.

For the two non-puzzlers who might read this posting, Eric Berlin is a phenomenal word puzzle constructor who is known, in part, for his New York Times Crossword offerings. He's one of those ridiculously multi-talented members of the [info]npl whose brains make me go weak at the knees.

But then, I'm a slut for brains.
